Our FORUM consists of 2 parts.

The first is the "Public Area" in which all visitors can read the messages. To have the ability of posting, in order to make questions and/or submit their comments, they have to be subscribed, by feeling the requested form. The time delay for the registration is very short.

The second is the "Members' Area" and is private. For the reason that this place is the official site of our Club, only members have the faculty of speech about Club's matters, like in the General Assemblies, as mentionned in our Statute. In this case also, the subscription is required and the registration for this area is automatical.

We repute that registration for having rights to post messages is indispensable, because everyone has the authority to speek, provided that all other people know who is really the person that speeks.
